MY INVOLVEMENT & CONTRIBUTIONS
As a UX Designer & Researcher, my role was to understand user needs, streamline workflows, and enhance the efficiency of process automation. I contributed to the design and optimization of the Workflow system, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
- User Research & Requirement Gathering – Conducted in-depth research to identify pain points, user behaviors, and workflow inefficiencies, ensuring the solution aligned with real-world business needs.
- Workflow Design & Process Mapping – Designed intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to simplify process creation, task assignments, and approval mechanisms.
- Accessibility & Usability Enhancements – Ensured compliance with usability and accessibility standards, making the interface inclusive and efficient for all users.
