A quick summary that gives employees an easy way to consume important announcements or share worthy news. Employees become advocates and storytellers by easily (and safely) sharing relevant content to their own social channels. Employees become contributors by creating and submitting original and found content through the platform.

GENPACT collaborated with GE corporate communications team partnered with a design agency in the beginning. We were quick at proposing enhanced design concepts after a brief study of the requirements and the proposals, those were quite liked by GE leadership. We took over the overall UI UX responsibility and connected with the product owners to conduct some user interactions and interviews. We continuously collaborated with the Product Owners, Dev. team and managed the overall Interaction and visual design effort while implementation and launch. We received great appreciation and accolades for this project.
